Abstract

This study analyses the significance of the specific debates in the Constituent Assembly in Boliva, focusing on the rules of debate and mapping the spheres of influence, the position of the main actors and the intense conflicts, vacilations and uncertainties that characterised the constitution of the Bolivian Constitution between August 2006 and December 2007.
