Abstract

This book review examines some recent contributions to the study of the political articulation of cultural diversity. This text analyzes the role played by nations and political communities in these works, examines the political-institutional alternatives addressed by these authors (federalism, regional authority, multilevel governance, international organizations), and explores the main challenges and constraints faced by these governance models in contemporary democracies.
