Los enclaves territoriales en España: el paradigma del enclave de Treviño

Abstract

The purpose of this study is focused on making a legal review of the current situation of territorial enclaves in Spain, and very significantly with the case of «Treviño», which means the paradigm of this special situation in the current territorial configuration of the provinces and Autonomous Communities. The conclusions that are reached refer to the existence of a restricted regulatory to the suppression of these territorial enclaves, essentially which are between two Autonomus Communities.
