Abstract

The Author intends himself to analyse how the Spaniard, French, Italish, German, British, European Union and human rights European Convention Law have receipt the very old principle of law audi alteram partem («hear the other side», «a fair hearing») and which are the effects of the failure to observe it. Regard to the Spaniard Law the author studies also the statutory rules, the jurisprudence and the law authors opinions about the procedure stept of de section 84 of the Spaniard proceedings Act of 1992, which a expression of the old principle is.
