The experience of the project A flor de yeso is presented, a sector of the Metropolitan Forest of Madrid located in the southeastern part of the city. An approach to the peri-urban landscape is proposed, observing its complexity and proposing strategies for its possible consolidation and territorial regeneration. A review of concepts is required to address these marginal scenarios, the actors and operational logics that generate them, making the notion of operative or server landscapes particularly pertinent. Different landscapes are identified that integrate like a melting pot in the southeastern periurban area: the primitive or pre-existing, the planned or designed, and the forgotten or spontaneous. For their regeneration and reterritorialization, the different identified landscapes, the recovery of the memory of the place, and the links or synergies between actors and landscapes are considered.
