Towards a people–centred, rights–based and sustainable european e–Justice
Main Article Content
Abstract
Europe has been promoting the digitisation of justice for decades. The aim is to achieve a more sustainable, human rights–compliant and people–centred digital justice. Indeed, these are the pillars on which the European e–Justice Strategy 2024–2028 is based, which is intended to serve as a roadmap for the digital transformation of justice, both civil and criminal, across the European Union. The purpose of this study is to analyse and evaluate the principles and objectives that should guide the future of e–Justice in Europe.
