Abstract

There is an intense and fruitful discussion of how technology affects the evolution of employment in Spain. While some researchers find job upgrading, others observe job polarisation in the Spanish labour market. This work aims to formally explore the connection between the different results reported by researchers and the differences in their applied methodologies in oder to understand the structure of labour in Spain.
