Solidarity with Palestine: Academic Commitment and Human Rights

Encrucijadas. Revista Crítica de Ciencias Sociales is an academic publication that examines current social phenomena from a critical perspective, recognising that power relations permeate all forms of expression and that even silence is a stance. In this regard, Encrucijadas adheres to the manifest published by the International Sociological Association (ISA) condemning the genocide carried out in Palestine, as well as the academic commitment to respect human rights, without renouncing our particular position as a critical social science journal.

In line with this position, we also adhere to the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement against Israeli academic institutions as a form of protest against systematic human rights violations.
