Abstract

In Liter-Antropología. El hecho literario, entre cultura y contracultura José Antonio González Alcantud establishes a prolific dialogue between creative literary texts and those conceived with the logic of the social sciences and humanities. His aim is to unravel the individual and collective subjectivities that make up culture and its critical contestation of power. Through the reading of anthropologists, sociologists, philosophers and historians, he confronts texts by writers from different periods and different origins, such as Soto de Rojas, Ganivet, Eberhardt, Chaves Nogales, Halbwachs, Pasolini, Sciascia, Bachelard, Lévi-Strauss, etc. From different perspectives, he investigates the cultural construction of diverse ambiguities that stem from conflict, utopia, cursing, secrets, mysticism, plagiarism, exoticism, among others.
