Abstract

This introduction explains the object, purpose and elaboration process of the dossier. First, it traces down a historical sequence, from the 15M to the present, highlighting its most significant moments and developments, among which the so-called "institutional assault", led by Podemos and the municipalist confluences, is inserted. Then, the different sections and contents of the issue are detailed.
