Advancing to equal parental leave in Spain. A conversation with Teresa Jurado-Guerrero

Abstract

The Spanish parental leave system has substantially evolved in recent times toward greater gender equality. While the transition to a model of gender-equal parental leaves in which the paternity leave is being extended progressively to match the maternity leave is in progress, we talk with Professor Teresa Jurado about the details of this legislative change.
