Abstract

The precariousness of young people is a stagnant trend in Spanish society. One of its most extreme manifestations, in the context of the population with a degree in higher education, is the "scholarship" of youth work. In this conversation with Arturo Lahera Sánchez, principal investigator of the 'Internstage: Becas, trabajo en prácticas y voluntariado: ¿etapas en el trayecto a un trabajo decente o a la inseguridad?' It aims to describe and approximate the scope of the phenomenon, to understand the different models in which it manifests itself, as well as to make recommendations for management from university centres for regulation by public institutions. The interview was originally conceived as a podcast in the radio show "En las Encrucijadas".
