Ciudadanía, derechos y justicia en América Latina: ciudadanización-judicialización de la política

El artículo tiene como objetivo estudiar los fenómenos de la judicialización de la política, y la ciudadanización del discurso político en tiempos recientes en América Latina. En primer lugar, se desarrolla una definición de estos fenómenos y, en segundo lugar, se explican estos fenómenos desde tres dimensiones: los cambios en la sociedad civil que han llevado a un descubrimiento del derecho y del lenguaje del derecho; las reformas institucionales entre las que se destacan las reformas del poder judicial de los últimos años; y los cambios en el discurso de legitimación del sistema político en torno a los conceptos de Estado de derecho y ciudadanía de derechos.
