Introducción: historizando y descolonizando la cooperación internacional

El objetivo de este artículo introductorio es contextualizar –a través de una reflexión historiográfica– los nueve artículos seleccionados para este número especial de Revista CIDOB d’Afers Internacionals centrado en «repensar el desarrollo desde el pasado de la cooperación internacional», dando prioridad a los «enfoques críticos alternativos ». Dado que la perspectiva histórica está ausente de la mayoría de las publicaciones sobre este ámbito compartido de las Relaciones Internacionales y los Estudios del Desarrollo, en esta introducción se presentan los trabajos originales –por su aporte empírico, comparativo y/o teórico– frente a los marcos interpretativos dominantes, interdependentistas de las Relaciones Internacionales y de solución de problemas de los Estudios del Desarrollo, dando voz a los autores y las problemáticas de los países del Sur, como receptores de ayuda, pero también como proveedores de cooperación.
