Abstract

The governance of the European crisis has become clear that without building trust is inconceivable strengthening of democratic legitimacy in the open process of European integration. Meanwhile, warns of the risks of imbalance in the functioning of constitutional bodies unilaterally called to compensate alleged lack of democratic legitimacy.
