Abstract

The ECHR judgment in «Beauty Solomon vs Spain» case introduces for the first time in the frame of the European Convention of Human Rights the notion «multiple discrimination». In previous judgments like the one of «Muñoz Díaz vs Spain» it might have done it also, but the Court missed the opportunity. The «multiple discrimination » is a slippery concept that needs to be precised on the content on the juridical implications. This judgment, nevertheless it is very brief as for the justifications. This paper introduces us to this issue and offers some keys on the way forward.
