The Integrated Sustainable Urban Development Strategies (EDUSI) are municipal-fostered strategic mechanisms for urban transformation to be carried out during the 2014-2020 period of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). This analysis presents the state of the art of A Coruña’s EDUSI from its approval in 2017 until June 2021. A Coruña constitutes an example of a municipality that is implementing an innovative urban experience in its territory supported by a long trajectory based on the use of European funding from the late 1980 s onwards.
