Abstract

The Bolivian Constitution of 2009 recognizes the plurality in the political, economic, linguistic, cultural and legal. Legal pluralism in a country as culturally diverse as Bolivia should lead to adoption of a intercultural interpretation method. This paper refers to the essential elements for building a method intercutlural in Bolivia.
