Abstract

This paper explores the kinds of constitutional rulings established in the Ley de Amparo and applied by constitucional judges in constitutional processes regulated by he same law and the Constitution. It becomes a study of each of the sentences, their value, effectiveness and requirements to dictate. It also enters the field of comparative law to analyze the nature, purpose and variety of constitutional rulings on the doctrine and jurisprudence of the Tribunals, Courts and Constitutional Chamber as well as the ssibility of applying them in a country like ours that follows the classical classification according to common procedural law. Possibility that extends to other countries like ours. This arsenal of sentences says the creative work of judges and constitutional importance in modern law takes on the role of judges. The mistrust of judges is disappearing, the judge now occupy a very important place in the application, interpretation and integration of law.
