The health crisis has once again revealed problems such as job vulnerability, poor recognition of professions related to health and personal care, limitations in certain ways of organizing work and health services. Taking advantage of the available information, we reflect on these preexisting problems of the health crisis, which have been put into relief by the crisis. In this reflection, the explanations that exist are discussed. Finally, academic tasks are extracted/identifed for a post crisis stage.
