Iniciativas de seguridad y emergencias en las smart cities: Andalucía 2035

Esta nota de investigación presenta parte de los resultados del proyecto de investigación “Tecnología y control social: Fundamentos para la gobernanza democrática de la seguridad en Andalucía”. En concreto, las preguntas a las que responde son: ¿cuál es el grado de desarrollo de las iniciativas de seguridad y emergencias en las ciudades inteligentes en Andalucía?, y ¿cómo creen los actores clave que será la gobernanza de la seguridad en las ciudades inteligentes para el año 2035? Para darle respuesta se realizó una Revisión Sistemática de la Literatura, un
análisis de las iniciativas smart existentes en Andalucía y un panel e-Delphi con 30 expertos andaluces. La investigación muestra cómo la dimensión de seguridad y emergencias de las ciudades inteligentes está poco desarrollada en las ciudades andaluzas y muestra una falta de consenso entre los expertos sobre el escenario en Andalucía para 2035. Los participantes manifiestan un mayor consenso al referirse a los retos y riesgos para los derechos y libertades derivados
del uso de estas tecnologías y un moderado consenso sobre cuáles son los proyectos a priorizar, algo que se incrementa cuando analizan las barreras para su implementación.
