Abstract

This article compares institutional frameworks, political debates and legal solutions devoted to the elections conduction in two development phases of the Tunisian electoral process. The first relates to the management of the constituent elections held in 2011. The second refers to the organization of 2014 parliamentary and presidential contests. In doing so, the present study describes the adaptive adjustment of the Tunisian transitional electoral politics to international standards of electoral integrity, as a way of authoritarianism deconstruction and democracy learning.
