Abstract

The phenomenon of globalization goes beyond the national borders established after the Second World War, generating a global village with problems that cannot be solved by a single State or a specific international organization. This paper analyses globalization from a politico-legal perspective, to understand its effects on constitutional law in relation to democracy, the guaranteeing of Human Rights, and national economic powers.
