Abstract

The principles of coordination and cooperation are necessary for the functioning of any politically decentralized state. Both must be connected to the principles of solidarity and federal loyalty, implicity or explicitly enshrined in the Constitutions. Furthermore, their emergence and consolidation occur with the transformation of state forms and the relationship between the puclic and private spheres. From this perspective, the aim of this paper is clarify the meaning, historical dimension, and legal scope of the principles of cooperation and coordination in the context of Spanish autonomous state.
