Abstract

The scientific doctrine has drawn attention to the consequences of the Budgetary Accompanying Laws, and tried to submit a constitutional limits, preventing legal uncertainty and stop the juncture laws. Now we have the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court, which opened with the Sentence 136/2011 of 13 September. This paper analyze this interpretation on the laws of heterogeneous content and also reviews constitutional doctrine of the Budget Laws.
