Abstract

The Judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Communities of 18th December 2007, case Laval un Partneri, C 341/05, has been strongly criticized by the european labor unions that have assumed that the judgment has legitimated the social dumping inside the European Community. A deeper analysis of the case allows to point out the uncertainty of that interpretation.
