Abstract

The study/paper/article takes as its starting point the Law of Property of Public Administrations and attempts to delve, first, into the diverse functions served by the public properties/goods of the public entities and the relationship of those functions with the distinct legal regulation that is applied in each different case. That legal regulation does not equal the one that is applied to private individual assets and under certain assumptions can be addressed with a good approximation through that of the public domain, with which it can share the controversial character of non-seizure. Second, the study/paper/article looks into the treatment that the above-mentioned Law gives to the utilization and exploitation of the public properties/goods and the incorporeal ownerships.
