Abstract

Law 11/2007 on Citizen’s electronic Access to Public Services (LAECSP) states the electronic register as system or channel required to give citizens the right to interact with the Administrations electronically with full availability and in a more faster and effective way. In this context, the main objective of this paper is to give an overview of the electronic register of the law and reglement’s requirements and to identify the tipologies adopted for Public Administration. Finally, it reflects on the common elements between state and regional regulation whith the aim to offer some guidelines for interpreting law’s requirements, which facilitate citizens the opportunity to interact with the Administration electronically.
