Abstract

Information and communication provisions of cohesion policy have been gradually strengthened throughout successive programming periods, evolving from simple publicity to a more encompassing concept of communication and transparency and, most recently, visibility.

Empirical evidence points to persisting shortcomings in the communication on the ground. In light of this, the paper suggests 10 ideas for improving the communication and visibility of the funds.
