Abstract

Based on an analysis centred on the UNEF, this article deals with the launching and operability of the transnational solidarity networks woven by French youth with anti-Francoism. To do so, we focus on the set of spaces and subjects that facilitated the international agenda of the struggle against the dictatorship, which will be recodified in the French context through local demands, as well as in the new youth internationalist frameworks of the 1960s. In doing so, the article contributes to integrating anti-Francoism within the set of transnational youth solidarities and activisms of the period.
