The dubious constitutionality of the current autonomous community regulation on tourist accommodation

Abstract

In this article we address the possible lack of competence of the autonomous community legislator to regulate housing from the point of view of civil law, identifying the legal instrument that gives rise to this contractual figure and questioning the competence of the autonomous communities for its delimitation.
