Abstract

Every territory, regardless of the scale to which it is considered, has characteristics of a negative nature (environmental, economic, social...) that must be corrected and faced, but also with others of positive tinge that must be maintained and Exploited. Positive and negative aspects that require management that facilitates a comprehensive development of the territorial area of reference. The purpose of this article is to publicize the development of a methodology for the development of strategic planning documents capable of being applied at various scales of work, from a comprehensive and global approach, the purpose of which must be the adaptation of the strategy to the uniqueness of each territory, seeking to enhance synergies between the various sectoral policies. A methodology adapted in all its extremes to the contents of the European Territorial Strategy.
