Abstract

The present article intends to analyze the sentences dictated by the constitutional courts, according to its nature, content, effects and execution, having in consideration the compared issues and particularly the failures pronounced by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Mexican Nation. The study consider the disciplines of the dogmatic constitutional and the procedural laws, considering the evolution of the Mexican law and the jurisprudence of these specialized jurisdictional organisms, that have specially developed in the calls interpretative sentences with numerous shades. The analysis also incorporates the optics of the international law, due to the increasing influence of this last one in the contemporary national constitutions and considering the effectiveness of the jurisprudence of the international courts in the national courts.
