Abstract

This paper is focus on the amparo en revision 152/2013 issued by the first chamber of the Supreme Court of Mexico. For now on the Supreme Court is able to judge the stigmatizing messages of law. Furthermore, the amparo en revision 152/2013 develops a broader conception of discrimination and a more activist role of the Supreme Court. Finally, I express some thoughts about the issues that this judgment could pose to the Supreme Court.
