The concept of “court” in European regulations on private international law

Abstract
The concept of “court” in European Regulations of Private International Law is causes several problems in practice in recent years. The reason is that it has gone from a strict conception of the court to a broad conception based on the judicial function. This forces to determine an autonomous concept that serves for the application of the rules of international jurisdictiona and recognition of decisions.
