Most of the Chinese people in Spain come from Qingtian (Zhejiang). Throughout the XX century, Qingtianese have developed their own mobile strategies based on the economic prosperity in Europe. Several generations have been already socialized in the background of this habitus or socio-cultural pattern. However, in the last few years, new directions of mobility are arousing. The movement of mix-generation couples —shaped by ethnic Chinese with different migration’s experiences— is an outstanding example of the complexity of intergenerational aspects in the analysis of contemporary mobility.Downloads
