Abstract:
In this article we describe a practicum proposal for future Infant and Primary teachers. This proposal has been articulated as a work of inquiry and reflection (individual and collaborative) that unfolds from the educational problems or concerns that student teachers identify as relevant. More specifically, in this paper we present the reflective process developed by one of the participating students, Elena. We want to show how the process of practical reflective training that we propose has enhanced the student to transit from a technical and poor pedagogical approach about her pedagogical concern to a more inclusive and critical approach that promoted the redefinition of the pedagogical situation with new keys. Finally, the case we are presenting allows us to evaluate, from inductive data, the transformative purpose of the practicum we propose.
