Abstract

The promulgation of the Constitution of 1978 supposed the creation of a real support of the normative system in general and, in labor matters, the appearance of a text from which, and in compliance with its provisions on labor legislation, a new labor relations model, profoundly reformed with respect to previous times. At the same time, the resolutions of the Constitutional Court were basic in the growth, interpretation and consolidation of this new system.
