Abstract

The paper aims to re think the organization of the Judicial Branch. In particular, the text focuses its attention on the need to motivate judges to decide impartially, assuming that, for that purpose, it is not enough to offer judges the constitutional means that they need, in order to decide: it is also necessary to ensure that they have the required motivations. The paper presents some suggestions in that respect.
