Abstract

Cohesion policy is the main manifestation of the principle of solidarity in the European Union. It is one of the most relevant areas of the European political action. This article analyzes the Regulation (UE) 2021/1060 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 June 2021, to find out which have been the changes in relation to its mission and the management of the Funds for the programming period 2021-2027.
