Abstract

The article underlines the main constitutional problems concerning the italian system, their historical roots, their today’s nature. From 1993, in spite of frequent changing of electoral legislation, the system has not yet found a stable end satisfactory working. At the same time, new political mouvements are growing up that seem to put under discussion the representative principle in itself.
