Abstract

This paper gives an account of the main issues with constitutional relevance of the year 2019. Starting from the changes in our political reality experienced since 2008, it analyzes the general elections of April and the first failed investiture. Going through results in the regional elections, the papers shows the practice of government coalitions that have settled in the Autonomous Communities. Then, the essay takes account of the investiture debate of Pedro Sánchez and the characteristics of the Coalition Government. It ends by studying the process of renovation of the institutions of the Union.
