Abstract

This article is an answer about the recent reform of the evaluation and promotion in the Primaria, Secondary school and High school degrees, like expression of the normative competition into our State —art. 149.1. 30º CE— for the regulation of the conditions to obtain, expedition and homologation of the academic and professional titles with the objective to guarantee the compliance of the 27 CE. The reform express the imposition of legal mandates to the teachers; collegiate evaluation and promotion; extension of the maximum age to obtain the competitions in each
degree and the adaptation of educational planes for the personal circumstances of the students.
