Abstract

The article deals with the process of parliamentary processing of the Judicial Review Act of 1956 that it is of interest for the important amendments and innovations that were incorporated in its text including a definition of the Misuse of Power that contributed to an improvement or refinement of the Judicial Review of Administration Action. It should be remembered that the approval of the Law of 1956, that was in force until 1999, coincided in Spain with the beginning of the Reformation of Administrative Law and constituted a decisive antecedent towards the implementation of the Rule of Law that finally was reached with the Constitution of 1978.
