Abstract

The legal system should be aimed at preserving human dignity and the freedom of personal development. The technique of Administrative Law should be an instrument for such purposes, but sometimes it becomes self-referential and even challenges them. This paper examines some threats of tekné to the telos of Administrative Law, from the automation of decision making to the recognition of rights to animals or personality to nature. On this basis, the humanism of Administrative Law is claimed, but it is also proposed to rethink that  umanism to adapt it to our time
