Abstract

The objective of this work is to present the current situation of Spanish public service, analyzing the evolution of the employees of public administrations, by subsectors, between January 2003 and January 2013. Then, using data from the OECD, we will compare the structure of Spanish public administrations with some countries of Europe, in order to discern if its size is greater than or less than the average.
