Abstract

Female juvenile delinquency is a minority sector within a minority sector, which is female delinquency. Despite having been ignored for a long time by Criminology, in recent years it has attracted the attention of scholars of this discipline, given its possible increase in the last decade. In this study, female juvenile delinquency in Spain will be analyzed from a gender perspective, paying specific attention to the way in which the antisocial behaviors of girls are manifested; as well as the analysis of the most relevant criminogenic spaces at present, in which there has been an increase in the criminal activity of young women and minors: intrafamily violence and cybercrime.
