Abstract

The establishing of areas for logistical activity to the end of co-ordinating any sort of transport network and a bringing together of logistical services is here felt to require, of necessity, a structuring and strategic set up. From such premises, Central Administrative assistance as to access and intermodal development can be thought out and structured, especially when Z.A.L. with an overall national or international geographical reference are in question. An analysis of the flow lines of both export and internal distribution activities has led to the PDI's selecting and ranking of the principal logistical areas and their being defined within it as to their geographical siting and economic importance.
