Abstract

This article synthesizes some topics from the Planning Report lar the Envinronment of the Road to Andalucia in the City of Madrid, which has been elaborated for the City Planning Agency under direction of Jase Maria Ezqulaga In 1987. The Plan states two main queslions one is referring to the detailed design of the new Avenue and ist borders, the other, advancing some territorial sugerencies in order to propose a morphological image of the southerm district of Madrid, trying to coordinate the ditterent developments and the transformation of the present Road Into an Urban Avenue Including a lane reserved or the tram.
