This article aims to reflect on the General Plans of the 1980s in Andalusia, identified with the same joint methodology of "building a city" by making physical proposals capable of resolving the planning of cities through projects that would structure the new growths and the morphology of the new urban fabrics. The transformation of the main urban extensions and the new ways of life make territorial planning essential to get it right and understand the new urban planning of cities.
